Story
The Vietnamese community in Australia is growing quickly, but migration advice still tends to be either too expensive, culturally distant, or — too often — provided by people who are not legally allowed to advise (i.e. not RMAs). Visa Affairs was started to provide lawful, plain-language advice in Vietnamese at a transparent price — no "agents", no middlemen, no guarantees of outcome.
Why choose an RMA
The Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) licenses and oversees every RMA practising in Australia. Each RMA has a unique MARN that can be verified directly on mara.gov.au. RMAs are bound by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct (Regulation 8AA) — breaches can lead to deregistration.
MARN is publicly verifiable on mara.gov.au.
